This summer I spent three weeks in Antibes, France, enjoying the food and drink, the beautiful language and beautiful views.

The husband and I share these wonderful interests and we have been members for many years of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, a gastronomic society dating back to the 13th century and found all over the world.

All members – both professionals and amateurs – share a great interest in high-quality food and drink, gastronomy and the culture of the table.

Last Friday, Marie-Louise Strömberg, chairwoman of the CdR's Skåne Bailliage, came to Gästis and I received this incredibly beautiful shield, as Maître Hôtelier, which feels very honorable and fun. This means that I am now a professional in this interesting company.
