Booking & Cancellation

Payment terms:

  • Payment must be made according to agreement by card or against invoice. 
  • If an agreement has been reached regarding payment against an invoice, the customer must make full payment no later than 10 days from the invoice date.
  • If the payment deadline is exceeded, the company has the right to charge late payment interest according to the Interest Act.   
  • Invoicing information must be submitted to the restaurant no later than 5 working days before the booked date.

 

Definitions:

  • A group booking exists when an order at the restaurant includes a group of at least 20 people who arrive at the same time. 
  • The customer is the legal or natural person who is liable for payment for the group payment. 
  • Special cancellation rules apply when booking memorial services or weddings.
  • Group cancellation rules are always applied in the case of a conference or in the event of a request for a separate room, regardless of the number, and we reserve the right to change the dining room/conference room based on the number of participants.

 

Cancellation rules group booking:

The restaurant must confirm receipt of a cancellation/rebooking in writing. 

  • In case of cancellation later than 4 weeks before the arrival date, the customer must compensate the restaurant with 75% of the value of the order. 
  • In case of cancellation later than 2 weeks before the arrival date, the customer must compensate the restaurant with 100% of the value of the order.   
  • Minor adjustments in quantity can be made free of charge up to 5 working days before arrival, after which the booked quantity will be charged because we plan both purchases and personnel based on the order.

 

Wedding cancellation rules:

The restaurant must confirm receipt of a cancellation/rebooking in writing. 

  • In case of cancellation later than 8 weeks before the booked date, the customer must compensate the restaurant with 75% of the total order. 
  • In case of cancellation later than 4 weeks before the booked date, the customer must compensate the restaurant with 100% of the total order. 
  • Minor adjustments in number can be made free of charge no later than 1 year before the booked date. 
  • When changing the date, this must be done no later than 4 weeks before the booked date or as agreed.

 

Memorial cancellation rules:

The restaurant must confirm receipt of a cancellation/rebooking in writing.

  • Free changes to the number can be made no later than 48 hours before the booked date, after which the booked number will be charged.

 

 

The hotel: General/Cancellation rules/Frequently asked questions

* Please note that a group booking at the hotel includes 10 rooms.

  • -Cancellation must take place no later than 15.00, 2 days before arrival. You do not show up without cancellation or cancel later than 15.00 you must pay for the booked stay. (48 h before)
  • If the hotel had special costs due to your order, a cost will be charged for this
  • If you have ordered for a fixed period of time but depart before the end of this period, the same rules apply as for late cancellations. In addition to the price for the time you stayed at the hotel, you therefore pay for an additional 24 hours
  • In case of accommodation for an indefinite period where the stay is extended by one day at a time, you must notify the departure at the latest at 18.00 the day before your departure. If departure has not been notified in accordance with these rules, an extra 24 hours will be charged. If the hotel can no longer let you dispose of the room, you have the right to be told this no later than 18.00 the day before departure.
  • If you have booked a room through a third-party operator such as Hotels.com or Booking.com, their cancellation rules apply.

 

If the hotel has closed:

In the event that the hotel, due to the authorities' restrictions or regulations, should be forced to close, during the time of your party's booking, your costs for the booking will be refunded.
