What do you do then? Then you get to, as Marcus, our eminent chef says, "trick with your knees".

And what does that mean?

Sometimes you can use the dish that is intended for the next day's lunch, or you have to do as Marcus did today, use meat that would be used at a later time and then it became the loin we had at home.

Karré also goes perfectly with the accessories that were already intended for today's ham roast. It must be something that can be prepared quickly when you only have 2.5 hours and how lucky that our chefs are so flexible!
