On May 25, 2018, Sweden and the entire EU got a new law - GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). It replaces the old law PUL, the Personal Data Act.

The protection and the law that existed before - PUL (Personal Data Act) has been strengthened via this law and this means that, on certain occasions, we will have to ask you how we are allowed to handle your data, e.g. name, email, address, telephone number, booking history etc.

By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to us storing your personal data. You have the right to access the information we store, and to receive information about where it is stored.

When you make a reservation at Staffanstorps Gästis Hotell AB / Staffanstorps Gästis Restaurang AB, we need certain information about you/you in order to manage and guarantee the reservation. We process and protect your personal data in accordance with current personal data legislation.

If you wish to receive offers and newsletters in the future, you need to report this yourself. By signing up, you agree to our terms and conditions. Despite your approval, you can unsubscribe at any time.

We protect your personal privacy and strive to protect your personal data as required by law.

We reserve the right to share your data with a subcontractor, such as an activity organizer, when it is necessary for us to be able to provide you with the best possible service, or in cases where there are special reasons, e.g. that the police, prosecutor or other authority requests information.

We use the information to be able to identify you as a customer with us and the data will be with our personal data assistants, e.g. Visbook, Bookvisit and Caspeco.

Staffanstorps Gästis Hotell AB / Staffanstorps Gästis Restaurang AB saves your personal data as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes described in the policy. If you unregister from our services, we will delete your personal data as soon as we can.

Staffanstorps Gästis Hotell uses camera surveillance to prevent crime & increase security for our guests and staff.

• • The surveillance material is stored for 30 days.

• • Do you want information about what we store in our register? Report it via e-mail info@staffanstorpsgastis.se

• • Are you not satisfied with how we manage our camera surveillance? Get in touch with us first. Alternatively, you can report it to the privacy protection authority.

• • We are not obliged to monitor cameras according to law or agreement. Camera surveillance takes place to prevent crime & to increase security for our guests and staff.

• • The police authority has the right to use the collected material.

• • We will not transfer our data to third countries.

• Saved data can be used as evidence to solve crimes.
